1.The oil filter press use anti-oil membranematerial plate ,specially produced for food industry hygienic standard, Membraneraw material is PP(polypropylene),can be inflated by oil or compressed air, themax. membrane Squeezing pressure can reach to 20bar to gain dryer filter cakeswith less residual oil rate

2.After membrane squeezing, special airblowing system to blow all the residual oil back to crystallizer, all the cakescan be discharged easily from filter cloth after air blowing and membranesqueezing.

3.In order to observe oil turbidity degree duringfiltering and to prevent oxygenation which will insult oil product quality,allthe olein oil are collected by special oil collecting system,all the filteringspeeding, oil quality during filtering can be watched during filteringoperation.
